Bits & Pieces is made up of three founders, each impassioned by the creation of trans-centred theatre. Founded in July of 2024 under the University of Kent's Graduate Theatre Scheme.
Brooke is a director, performer and comedian who co-creates with their cast to create high-quality, emotive pieces of live theatre. Brooke loves to create theatre in unconventional formats and settings, breaking the performer / audience divide and engaging minds whilst entertaining them. Brooke has directed many projects, which you can find at @brookebettey on Instagram.
Bee is a producer, designer and performer, prioritising sustainability and inclusivity in their work. They are driven by making theatre that is accessible to a diverse, underrepresented audience.
Freddie is a transmasc butch writer and performer. They feel passionately about writing trans narratives, and inserting queer characters and themes into his work. They also write poetry and spoken word that highlights those whose stories are often left unheard. You can check out Freddie's work here!
